Return & Shipping Policies

We ship worldwide, and all our DVDs are region-free.

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery via Canada Post (regular mail). 

UPS orders will be processed by the next business day after your payment has cleared.  The office is closed on all statutory holidays in British Columbia and from December 22, 2011 to January 2, 2012 inclusive.

To receive your package by regular mail in time for Christmas, we recommend you place your order by December 10, 2011 for Canadian & US orders and by November 22, 2011 for international orders. 

To receive your package by UPS Express in time for Christmas, your order must be placed by December 19, 2011.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders cannot be refunded or returned after they have shipped. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for customers who contact store@papernyentertainment.com within 45 days of purchase.
