I flew into Whitehorse, Yukon on Sunday. Only two hours north of Vancouver by plane, but a world apart. I’ve been invited up here for the Available Light Film Festival.
Prepping for Realscreen, beginning this weekend down the block in Washington, DC. Bottom line – we have to deliver larger-than-life characters.
Ahh, waking up to the smell of fresh croissants from the Maison de la Macaron, the bakery right below our Chelsea apartment. And super-strong stove top coffee à la Aynsley. I'm rarin' to go.
Finally, I've gone bi-coastal. It happened at midnight last night as a colleague dropped me off at the apartment building where Paperny Entertainment has set up our second home.
At the helm of our newly-opened New York office is our EVP Programming, the energetic and talented Lynne Kirby, most recently a Senior Programming Consultant at the Discovery group of channels. Lynne has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is incredibly well-connected in the Big Apple.
