Paperny Films is pleased to announce that it has received 11 prestigious Leo Awards nominations for six of its programs. Nomination highlights include Best Documentary Series for “The Week the Women Went” and “Chop Shop;” Best Lifestyle Program for “The Stagers;” and Best Host in a Lifestyle Program or Series for Matthew Finlason of “The Stagers,” Bob Blumer of “Glutton for Punishment,” and Nicole Oliver for “Crash Test Mommy.” Winners will be announced Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th in Vancouver. The Leo Awards were established in 1998 to celebrate excellence in British Columbia film and television.

“The Stagers” received the most nominations with five nods. Season two of “The Stagers” launched on HGTV Wed., April 1 at 8:30 p.m. ET/10:30 p.m. PT. Season three of “Glutton for Punishment” launched Mon., March 30 at 8:30 p.m. ET/10:30 p.m. PT on Food Network. “Chop Shop” can currently been seen Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on SLICE.
